Local real estate identity, First National King and Heath, prove continued growth with the introduction of another sales person at the Lakes Entrance office.

Last year, the agent saw some fantastic results in the local market and the company felt that it was essential to expand their team to handle client enquiry.

James Gibbs is the newest recruit for the team and brings with him some Real Estate experience after working at the Bairnsdale office for some time. James is a local resident of Lakes Entrance and is looking forward to working in his home town and shows plenty of enthusiasm. “

James is a much focused person and prides himself on looking after his clients,” Chris Howlett, branch manager at Lakes Entrance said.

“We are very pleased that he has joined our team. We see a very promising future for James and look forward to him establishing himself as a local Real Estate identity within our team.”

“The move to Lakes provides him with plenty of local contacts and will give him more time with his family instead of travelling back and forth to Bairnsdale,” he said. “We pride ourselves on client service and are always focusing on client care, while still achieving the result that they are after, which is a sale at the highest market price,” managing director of King and Heath First National, Chris Martin said.

“The introduction of another sales person at the Lakes Entrance office will do exactly that; maintain our customer service and still allow the branch to expand?’
