Date: 11 March 2011

Over the past two years Moss Vale First National has gone from strength to strength.

The girls were taught by a great leader and have remained extremely loyal after the passing of the late James Avery founder and principal. This has meant that his vision has been kept alive, including relocating to a new and modem premises.

In order for a business to run successfully, It needs a great leader.

Jim’s shoes were big to fill, he was a third generation Real Estate Agent & Auctioneer, so the automatic role of his wife Roslyn to become the Principal was obvious. Ros has been part of the local community for over 30 years in many capacities. She has successfully raised four children, ran a chiropractic clinic and supported the real estate business alongside her late husband. Her connections within the district are very vast.

Ros said that the business has the best staff possible and although continuing running the office, without Jim, was not easy~ she realised that the local community appreciated the level of the girls’ commitment to real estate.

Their clients are extremely loyal also. You only have to see the amount of repeat business the girls have in both Sales and Property Management indicating that the service and professionalism is valued. As a team, they go the extra mile. Moss Vale First National continues to service all aspects of real estate in the local community. “We are very proud of Moss Vale and believe in the town. In our business we connect equally well with both men and women”.
