Kew Links a winning formula

Date: 4 September 2013
The popularity of Kew is growing as investors look outside the metropolitan box to prime lifestyle locations.

Links Estate is the latest land release for the Camden Haven and its generous land lots and value prices are proving a winning formula with buyers. Understandably in favour of the development is the board and management of the Kew Country Club. Links Estate is an easy walk to the golf course, bowling greens and clubhouse.

“It’s a win-win situation for the club and the residents who will move into Links Estate,” said secretary manager Robert Dwyer.

“We can offer fantastic sporting and leisure facilities and patronage from the residents will really set in concrete the longevity of our business.

“A number of developers have proposed to subdivide the land for many years and it’s great to see the plans come to fruition.
“It’s a positive investment in Kew and I hope the financial contributions from the developer will be used to complete the next stages of the Kew beautification masterplan.”

Robert said the popularity of the estate was understandable. “Anyone wanting a great lifestyle in a beautiful location will naturally look to the Camden Haven, it’s why we live here!”

Jason Bignell, principal of Kew First National Real Estate, said Links Estate is attracting interest from locals as well as people from interstate.

“Lifestyle and location are the big attractions for Links Estate,” said Jason. “Beaches, mountains, shopping, cafes and highway access are just minutes away, yet the estate has a very quiet, away-from-it-all feel.”
